My oil level has been a quart over full the last 3 times I’ve had it changed. I had to drain it at home. It caused my engine compartment to have an oil film all over it
Overall it was decent and our new-to-us, SUV is working well. Used cars in general, are excessively priced imo. We'll see how well they stand behind the expensive service agreement that we purchased.

This place has gone down hill in customer service. Almost had my car locked in for the entire weekend. Noone said a word about closing they locked up and left my car with the keys in it. They called at 12:04 i was there at the door to pick it up at 12:13. I should have been given a discount for such a inconvenience. Sid Dillon has been taking great care of my Buick since I purchased it from them. Their service is stellar. I was especially impressed by the after service video I received of the tech checking my car prior to servicing it. Wahoo is the place to go for expert & courteous customer care.
Terrible service technician! Took my car in for oil change and the guy put my air filter back in backwards! Car died on me the next day. ended up with a $200 towing bill but thankfully the Lincoln, NE Nissan Dealership covered the cost of the repairs needed to get my car running again.

The Sid Dillon Mobile Service has come to me to do an oil change twice now. Timely, courteous, convenient…and last time he found an Allen Wrench and made my kids day by tightening up her bicycle handles. When I bought my car from them in Wahoo, I asked specifically if all my warrantees could be used at dealerships in Lincoln. They said, “Sure they can, but you’ll like us so much we’ll become your service center.” This is fast becoming true.

I arrived at 8:40 for a 9:00 oil change appointment. I left at 10:50ish after telling them I had an appointment so they put a rush on it. There was another lady waiting for her car that had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change and she was still waiting when I left. Waiting 2 hours for an oil change is way too long!!
